Uses
Add to soups or salads, eat as porridge, risotto, or served as a side dish.
Cooking Instructions Rinse millet well through a sieve and move to a pot. To 1 cup millet add 2 cups water. Bring to the boil, cover, reduce the heat and simmer for about 18 – 20 minutes. Remove from the heat, fluff with a fork and allow to stand, covered, for 5 – 10 minutes. Finish it off as something sweet or savoury. Enjoy for breakfast. lunch or dinner.
