We aim to keep as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular product is available. If we can’t supply a product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or credit your account with the amount debited by us.
All special offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you.
Daisy Health Foods delivers anywhere in South Africa accessible via the couriers. If in doubt, please confirm with us.
The Company aims to deliver Products to destinations anywhere in South Africa within 7 days in most circumstances however delivery times cannot be guaranteed. The Company will make every effort to deliver within the time stated, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Once your order is received you receive the confirmation of placing the order.
It will take us 24h (but sometimes 48h) to pick your order and get it ready for shipping. Any delays will be communicated via email. Orders are shipped once payment confirmation is received.
Shipping typically takes the courier 2 – 5 days. Outlying areas may take additional days.
Business days are Monday to Friday. Daisy operates between 8am and 4pm, Couriers have their own operating hours. We do not process orders or do deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Please order with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time the Company will not be held responsible for this.

For Local Johannesburg and surrounds, R92 ex vat for orders below R500, and free for orders greater than R500
For Other parts of South Africa, R150 ex vat for orders below R600, and free for orders greater than R600
You are welcome to collect from our premises and not incur the shipping charges –strictly via prior arrangement.
If you order online but pay other than with a credit card, or order in any other way, please contact us for details of the delivery cost.
Damage in Transit
From time to time damage may occur during shipping. If this has occurred, please contact us immediately.

Tracking and Receiving your order
Your tracking number will be emailed to you on the day it is sent. You can then track your parcel.
A phone number is needed for the shipping company to contact you in case you are not home when the delivery is being done. Alternative arrangements must be made. Please ship to an address where someone is able to receive it.
A delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, unrest or other occurrences. This is, however, not the norm and is not grounds for cancellation of order and refund. We request that you contact us in the event of your order not arriving within the anticipated time, and we will follow up.
