Uses

Chickpea flour is high in protein and a lovely addition when blended with other gluten free flours for baking of breads, biscuits, pancakes and more. It is used in cooking for falafels, as well as to thicken soups and curries. It is a staple in Indian cuisine. It is very versatile.
