- Ingredients: Pure white pepper
- The most widely traded and used spice in the west, pepper originates from the Malabar coast in Southwest India. White and pink pepper corns come from the same fruit as black pepper corns but are picked at later stages of ripeness.
- Fine White pepper is ground from the ripened white peppercorns and has a slightly stronger flavour than black pepper because it has higher levels of piperine, the flavour compound. Use white pepper when you don’t want the black specs of black pepper.
