Uses
It is used in meat fish and vegetable dishes, salads, rubs, relishes, and marinades.
Recipe: Roasted Spicy Cauliflower Sprinkle 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp ground turmeric over cauliflower florets, drizzle olive oil over, salt and pepper to taste, and roast at 180 deg C for about 30 minutes. Once done drizzle tahini over. Serve on bed of rice or white bean puree.
