Methods
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Mix Dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk. Do not overmix.
- Pour into a small greased loaf tin (20×9 cm)
- Bake at 200 °C for 25 – 30minutes
