Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the ingredients together until combined.
If using Aquafaba, beat until stiff
Pour into a greased loaf tin
Bake for 50 min at 180°C , then reduce temp to 160°C and bake for 10 min
Gluten free banana bread, a treat any day of the week. Either the one on the left or the right is the vegan option, but cannot tell which one.
