To make

1 – 2 tsp Rosemary tea leaves to 1 cup boiling water and steep for 10 -15 minutes, use a tea strainer or tea egg.  Drink 3 times a day.

Add a spoon of raw honey if desired.

Hair rinse: To 3 cups boiling water add 2 – 4 tsp dried rosemary, simmer gently for 5 minutes and steep for an hour.  Strain and use as a final rinse over your hair after shampooing.  Can use as daily sprits onto dry hair daily.
