Add to any meat dish, during cooking, add to marinades and rubs, or sprinkle over food for a touch of colour

Recipe: Paprika Spice Pound 1 clove of garlic and a small piece of ginger with 1 Tbs paprika powder and 2 tsp cumin powder, sprinkle over fish or chicken before cooking.
