To make
1 – 3 tsp Peppermint tea leaves to 1 cup boiling water and steep for 5 minutes, use a tea strainer or tea egg. Drink 3 times a day. Also delicious when cooled with honey and fresh lemon.
Add a spoon of raw honey if desired.
