- Ingredients: Rice Flour, Bicarbonate of Soda, Sugar, Salt, Crème of Tartar, Xanthan Gum
- 600g makes 2 loaves
- Takes 5 minutes to mix and 30 minutes to bake
- To the mix add eggs, oil and water
- For muffins follow the recipe but put into muffin tin
- For the vegan option, replace the eggs.
- Slice and freeze for another time, or make savoury muffins
- It’s plain, so add your own flavour – nuts and seeds, fruits, cheeses, pesto or relish.
