Quick Facts

• Ingredients: Rice Flour, Sugar, Cocoa, Crème of Tartar, Bicarbonate of Soda, Salt, Xanthan Gum
• 600g makes 12 – 14 muffins
• Takes 5 minutes to mix, and 25 minutes to bake
• To the mix add eggs, oil and water, and bake.
• Add choc chips or coffee granules if desired, but does not need.
• Keeps fresh for up to 5 days when properly stored in airtight container. Freezes well.
• For the vegan option, replace the eggs
