Quick Facts

• 600 g makes 2 loaves
• Ingredients: Rice Flour, Sorghum Flour, Sunflower Seeds, Sugar, Crème of Tartar, Bicarbonate of Soda, Salt, Xanthan Gum.
• For baking a quick seed loaf.
• Takes 5 minutes to mix and 30 minutes to bake
• To the mix add eggs, oil and water, with a sachet of yeast optional.
• Can add herbs and spices if desired, but not necessary
• Suitable for a bread machine
• Can be sliced and frozen.
• For the vegan option, replace the eggs
